We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • You report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories (if applicable).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the product.
  • Wrong size or color selected by the customer (if the correct product was delivered).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
  • Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) that were refused at the time of delivery.

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the received product.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or exchange process.

💰 Refund Process

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash, depending on your payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • If the return is rejected (e.g., product is used, damaged, or not in original condition), no refund will be issued, and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is from our side.
  • NORABUY reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.
